Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 2 – 5 business days of ordering and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

The shipping fee listed below covers all costs and surcharges associated with shipping. You can order as many items as you like and only pay a flat rate for shipping.

Local with shipping fee/Order:

  • International: 19.99 US$

The approximate shipping time accords to each country:

  • US Delivery Time: 12-15 business days (not included processing time)
  • Vietnam Delivery Time: 1-3 business days (not included processing time)
  • International Delivery Time: 20-25 business days  (not included processing time)
  • Processing time: 2-5 business days

Please make sure to fill in your address in full. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in the package being returned to us, or we may be unable to fulfill your request to avoid further complications. 

ORDER TRACKING

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link that enables you to track your package until it reaches your doorstep. Please note that it may take 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and no information is available, it simply means that the carrier has yet to process your parcel. Once the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.

In the event that your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please make sure to double-check and provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request them to forward or redirect your package, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
